"Meeting Cancellation Policy"
1. In the event that the Canton City Schools (i.e. St. Joseph School) are closed due to the weather, we will cancel our meeting. However, if the weather has cleared and the meeting is essential, you will be notified by phone. In the event that the Stark County Sheriff has declared a level 2 or 3 weather emergency, we will cancel our meeting.
2. In the event that St. Joseph school has been closed on the date of a scheduled campout, or if inclement weather is anticipated, a sensible decision will be made on whether of not to continue. Either you, or your son, will be notified of a cancellation no later than 1 hour prior to our scheduled departure.
